Tulum and Caves
A great combination of two inevitable sights of the Yucatan peninsula. The visit will most likely starts in Tulum archeological site, where to your convenience, the visit can be a proper guided visit with a federal guide or a free visit as the site mainly offers beautiful view points to take pictures mixing caribbean sea side and ancient Mayan temples!
After a light snack we will be heading towards Playa del Carmen to visit an amazing cave system. Down to 8 km in the jungle, we will enter a private property with changing rooms, toilets, cubbies, hammocks and water.
We will explore a semi dry cave where you will get to learn its role in the ecosystem as well as the meaning it has for native cultures. The last part is a stunning natural pool where you will be able to relax, swim and snorkel.
To finish this tour, we will share a proper local and authentic lunch cooked in the jungle and personalized if needed.
We recommend you take with you:
Bathing suit, rash guard (or biodegradable sunscreen), towel, hat, sunglasses, water shoes, aluminium bottle for water refill, extra money.
